The odds of your tubes opening again are practically nil. I also doubt that the tubes could be opened surgically, although there are other ways of becoming pregnant. For instance, in vitro fertilization with implantation of an embryo for you to carry may work. You should consider seeing a fertility specialist in consultation to explain your options.
