Ask the Doctor What is a good antibotic to take for an infected tooth?
I cannot recommend an antibiotic without reviewing a patient’s health history. Antibiotics are only a temporary fix for an infected tooth. Removal of the tooth or a root canal is usually necessary. You should go see your dentist.
